A Blizzard? in Oklahoma? for our Cookie Party?

But, I guess if you read "The Little House on the Prairie" series, they DID have big snow and ice and cold and winter.

Here's what it looked like at about 10 am:

BLIZZARD.

50 MPH WINDS!

And we were getting ready for our
ANNUAL COOKIE PARTY!!!

Even with the wind and snow, everyone invited came except one family with 2 kids under 2.

The kids loved making trees by stacking stars of different sizes:


and of course, dumping sprinkles on cookies:

and Jim did his part by grilling the brats

It was a ton of fun, as usual!

and now: tomorrow will be a WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!
