I JUST got a call from the assistant manager:
The reimbursement was APPROVED.
I know...I was in shock, too...
It is coming from the housing company. My hope is that they will collect the money from the people responsible in the end...
(and I'm keeping the coverings...I'm thinking...Halloween parties...)

Way to go, Becky! I also hope they collect from the person responsible ---at least they did right by you. From the pictures, the party looked like a success.
