THANK YOU NEIGHBORS!!!

Yesterday, we went to the neighbor's house for dinner. It was SO WONDERFUL! Paul made the turkey and even the white meat was juicy! Elizabeth made gravy FROM SCRATCH that was perfect. (first time...GREAT JOB!!) Another neighbor, Regina (who is Southern) brought sweet potatoes topped with, of course, brown sugar and pecans! Also, she brought green bean casserole that had lots of extra stuff in it like pimentos and green chilies...WOW! it was SO GOOD! Then, there was stuffing and mashed potatoes (mine) and carrots & turnips and cranberries and rolls...oh my! We did NOT go home hungry, that is for sure!



After dinner, Meagan took all the kids outside to make a cookie turkey! They were SO CUTE! Thanks, Meagan!
