Alan's turn for the pumpkin patch. As you recall, when we went with the Girl Scouts, Alan was sick. Today was his Kindergarten class field trip.
It was HOT and STEAMY!
Though, the view was incredible, as usual.
And, like last time, the kids had to sit through a talk about all the different types of produce they grow at the farm. They were very interested to listen to the man talk about the pumpkins, but when he was talking about vegetable food storage, he lost them.
Also, because of all the rain we have had in the past week, the kids were not allowed to go in to the pumpkin patch. They had to pick a pumpkin from a pile. Not as fun, but effective.
Now our pumpkin count is 3 large, 2 baking, and 2 ornamental.

Yep, right on the money on that one!
Not yet, but we are DEFINATELY doing that this year. We are probably going to carve 2 or so, but not more than that!
