Thank you to Claudia & Steve and Bob & Kelly for all they have done for Katie over the past month. We all agree that this was the easiest way for Katie to make the trek to Kansas.
Claudia sent this picture a couple days ago to prove that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. Here is Katie using the doggie door:

I know how scared Katie can get (over any number of things) but she also has a good memeory. I'll bet that while she is flying she remembers that her people will come to get her at the airport.....she just may be surprised that it is not Oma or Opa, or Nana or Papa!
Yeah!!! We know how much those dogs are missed when they are not there to greet you when you get home!!! Spoil her from us! Allison and Mike
